Cette performance, tenue secrète jusqu'à présent, intitulée "Performance de nourriture en haute altitude avec musique incidente de Slop Shop et Brian Eno", a été capturée lors de l'ouverture d'une exposition de la proposition multimédia Future Light-Lounge d'Eno le 27 août 1998 à Bonn, Allemagne. L'album, disponible en vinyle, CD et sur toutes les plateformes, tire son nom improbable de l'événement : Sushi. Roti. Reibekuchen.
